Self Love part 3

Commit to you!

With our body awakened and enough air in our blood to know that we are alive it is time to really make a commitment to yourself. We as women are often so committed to support everybody else and neglect our own needs and wishes. But after embodying yourself it is step 2 to really make yourself a priority. I do not believe in not being able to love somebody be- fore you love yourself, but I do believe that you will have to take care of yourself first to be able to love yourself completely,

The first thing you will have to do, today, tomorrow and the rest of your life is... Make sure you have ME-TIME! Ideal it would be an hour each day, a day a week and a week each 6 months. Time for you means that you don’t have to take care of anybody and you don’t have any responsibi- lities for anybody else but yourself.

Exercise 3.1:

Get your calendar and start to make space for me-time. Maybe it is not re- ally possible right now to have all the time you would like but then make it a priority to get things organized to make it happen later.
