A MODERN KNIGHT

Celebrating Oskar Kroes and the Brotherhood he creates!
I’m watching Oskar live his life in honesty and integrity, watching him gently, but fiercely guide men back to the love in their hearts. I watch him stand in the sacred fire to face his own shadows, and grow...over and over again , and invite others to do the same.
From the sideline I get to witness A brotherhood that feels ancient and alive. A brotherhood, not in hierarchy, but in circle. Next to one another.
Oskar is more than a facilitator. He is a true Brother and a mirror to every man who walks in, whatever story they carry. He invites them to be seen. To be heard. Not as who they were, but as who they can become.
I’ve seen men, unsure and wounded, held by him with open arms and a fierce kindness. He doesn’t fix them. He holds space. He asks them to hold themselves, and each other. They, in turn, rise. And in that rise, the world shifts, even if just a little.
He meets the men there, in the rawness, in the silence, in the shame. He shows up with honesty, and they feel it. They know he walks with them. He does not guide from above, but from beside.
And from that place, healing happens.
He is, for me, a modern knight. Not with a sword (well, maybe sometime, for he loves swords ), but with a spine. Not armored, but open. A man of wild heart and deep integrity.
I see a guide for boys who are becoming something more whole than the world ever showed them.
I hope more men find him. I hope more women feel the ripple of what happens when a man heal in Brotherhood.
I believe the world shifts when a man remembers who he truly is.
Thank you so much Oskar, and every man who chooses to grow, and learn, and heal. Every man who takes up their leadership in this, not for power, but for inspiration.
To live in example.
