THE WOUND BETWEEN US

Between men and women, there is a wound, ancient, layered, and carried in the bones.A wound shaped by generations of misunderstanding, silence, mistrust, and distance.
A wound that has made us hide the most vulnerable parts of our-selves and prevents us from making real connections.

Wild and Sacred union is a space where men and women lay down their armour, and allow the ache to be seen.
Where we speak the words that have been held in the body for too long, and meet the longing beneath the story.

For part of the journey, men and women walk separately, held in brotherhood and sisterhood,  meeting our own wounds, patterns and longings first.

And then, we come back together.

Learning to meet each other again, with truth, tenderness and courage.

This is where the bridge begins.

THE PILLARS OF THE WORK

Screenshot 2026-07-27 at 11.18.21.png

SACRED MIRRORS

We meet ourselves through the eyes and presence of another.
In these encounters, our patterns, protections and armour become visible.
We begin to notice where we close, where we reach, where we hide and where we long to be seen.
Not to judge what we find, but to meet it with honesty and compassion.
Through witnessing and being witnessed, something begins to soften.
And from there, we create the trust and safety for the rest of the retreat

SACRED BROTHERHOOD

We explore what remains when the armour no longer has to lead.
Beneath protection, performance and expectation, we reconnect with presence, strength and heart.
We learn to stand firmly without closing, and to be vulnerable without abandoning our power.
We explore boundaries, direction, integrity and the courage to stay present when things become uncomfortable.
Held in brotherhood, there is space to release what has been carried alone for too long.
And to remember a masculine strength that does not need to dominate in order to be powerful.

SACRED SISTERHOOD

We return to the wisdom, power and mystery of the feminine.
We make space for what has been silenced, suppressed or forgotten, our longing, our grief, our intuition and our wildness.
We remember that softness does not make us weak, and that power does not require us to harden.
We listen again to the language of the body and the truth that lives beneath our conditioning.
Held in sisterhood, we reclaim the parts of ourselves we once learned to hide.
And remember the ancient magic of being fully alive in our feminine nature.

SACRED EXPRESSION

Here, we make space for the whole human experience.
Not only the emotions that are easy, beautiful or comfortable.
There is room for sacred rage, grief, fear, desire, laughter, joy and gratitude.
Through movement, voice, breath and embodied expression, we allow what has been held inside to finally move.
We learn that our emotions are not something to overcome, but something to listen to.
When nothing within us needs to be exiled, we become more fully ourselves.

SACRED COMBAT

We explore what happens when we meet our power instead of suppressing it.
Sacred Combat gives us a safe and conscious space to face intensity, resistance and confrontation.
We learn to stand our ground, feel our boundaries and express our strength without losing connection.
Here, anger does not have to become violence, and power does not have to become domination.
Through embodied practices, we discover the difference between fighting against another and standing fully with ourselves.
Because sometimes the most sacred thing we can do is stop shrinking and meet life with our whole being.

SACRED UNION

When we have moved through it all, we find deep love, true respect and sacred union.
The deeper love that connects us to ourselves, each other and life itself.
We explore what happens when we dare to meet from that place again.
When we allow ourselves to receive, to soften, to forgive and to be touched by another human being.
Not by denying what has hurt us, but by discovering what remains underneath it.
Sacred Love is the remembering that beneath it all, we were never truly separate.
We go into a healing initiation from woman to man and man to women.

MIA ADAMIDOU

Mia is a Greek Priestess, systemic psychotherapist and holistic facilitator with decades of experience in embodied and transformational work.

Her work weaves together systemic constellations, body awareness, ancestral healing and the exploration of the feminine and masculine. At Wild & Sacred Union, she brings a deep understanding of the patterns we inherit, and how we can meet, heal and transform them together.

As a Greek Priestess, Mia carries an intimate connection to the land that will hold our journey. She invites us to remember not only through the mind, but through the body, our ancestors, the earth beneath our feet and the ancient wisdom that still lives there.

MARGO AWANATA

Margo Awanata is a Priestess, author, teacher and founder of Wild & Sacred Women. For more than two decades, she has walked the path of embodied spirituality, ritual and the reclamation of the Sacred Feminine.

Her work is rooted in the places where spirituality becomes deeply human, in our bodies, our relationships, our wounds, our power and our longing to truly meet one another. She has guided thousands of women through initiatory journeys, retreats and ceremonies, creating spaces where the armour can fall away and what is real can emerge.

In Wild & Sacred Union, Margo brings her years of work with the Feminine into the space between women and men, exploring what becomes possible when we stop fighting, hiding or performing and dare to meet each other from truth.

OSKAR KROES

Oskar Kroes is a facilitator, spaceholder and founder of Wild & Sacred Men. His work explores a new relationship with the Masculine, one rooted not in dominance or performance, but in presence, integrity, vulnerability and heart.

Through men’s work, embodied practices and honest encounter, Oskar creates spaces where men can lay down the armour they have learned to carry and reconnect with their strength without closing their hearts.

Within Wild & Sacred Union, he brings this work into the meeting between men and women: creating space for truth to be spoken, old patterns to be challenged and a deeper understanding of one another to emerge.

For Oskar, true masculine strength is not about having all the answers. It is having the courage to remain present — with yourself, with another, and with what is real.
