REFUND POLICY
Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wild and Sacred Woman, we invest significant time, resources, and planning into creating retreats, trainings, workshops, and events. For this reason, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
Retreats
Participant Cancellation
If you cancel your retreat booking:

More than 90 days before the retreat start date: all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

Between 60 and 90 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat fee will be refunded.

Less than 60 days before the retreat start date: no refund will be provided.
You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval from Wild and Sacred Woman.
Participant cancellation - Retreat
If you cancel your retreat booking:

More than 90 days before the retreat start date: all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation coverage, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Wild and Sacred Woman is not responsible for costs arising from illness, travel disruption, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.
Participant cancellation - Workshops , Training, Course

More than 40 days before the event: full refund minus any processing fees and non-refundable deposit.

Between 40 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days before the event: no refund.
IF WE CANCLE
In the unlikely event that Wild and Sacred Woman must cancel a retreat, training, workshop, or event, participants will receive a full refund of payments made directly to us.
We are not responsible for any travel expenses, accommodation costs booked independently, visa fees, or other personal expenses incurred.
Force Majeure
Wild and Sacred Woman shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Extreme weather

Government restrictions
-
Pandemics

Political unrest
-
Transportation disruptions
In such situations, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Early Departure or Non-Attendance
No refunds will be provided for:

Late arrivals
-
Early departures
-
Missed activities
-
Voluntary withdrawal from a retreat, training, or event
